The Wonder of Science, The Science of Wonder (Paul Andersen)
Wonder is one of our greatest emotions. It drives us to build knowledge by asking and then answering questions about our world. Student wonder can be a powerful driver in the classroom as well, however unstructured inquiry can be frustrating to both teachers and learners alike. In this Keynote Paul Andersen will describe a 3-dimensional cycle of inquiry centered on authentic phenomena and problems. Most importantly he will show you how to not kill the wonder!

I am an experienced teacher who last year moved into special education and a whole new world opened up to me. After watching your video I believe you are an amazing teacher who knows her students and what motivates them. You know the students and the appropriate steps to be able to take them forward in their educational journey. Well done.

Hi there, how I can paraphrase this? What it demonstrates is that actually teaching with devices effectively is complex work and it needs to be invested in and it needs to be understood and our teachers need to really be supported to use the technology effectively," she said.

How about kids put this energy into monthly content quizzes? On-level and kid relevant stories could be tested and built upon by using differentiated texts. Wouldn't that give kids something to support their individual growth!

This works for me when it comes to paraphrasing anything during the writing process: 1. I read the passage several times to fully understand the meaning. 2. I note down key concepts. 3. I write my version of the text without looking at the original. 4. I compare my paraphrased text with the original passage and make minor adjustments to phrases that remain too similar. 5. If necessary, I cite the source where I found the idea. In case you still get stuck along the way, email maryjoykimmy@gmail.com and you will get excellent assignment writing help. This is also for those who are too busy, having little to no time to write essays. Don't hesitate, go ahead and send an email to get reliable help (maryjoykimmy@gmail.com).

This is spot on, as personal anecdotal story, I grew up in the 90s/2000s with technology. I fell into playing video games, I didn't go out enough, and now as an adult in my early 20s I struggle with social anxiety disorder, and a bit of anti social personality disorder. I'm educated and observant of the world, but I do not partake in it as often and it has caused a whole bunch of problems eventually leading me to substance abuse because I was lonely, which created anxiety and uncertainty within me,, which led to depression. Don't be me. Don't let your kids go unattended with technology. My parents divorced early in my youth and that also had an effect, along with being taken advantage of by friends which reinforced my bad behaviors, disorders/mental illness. It is very difficult but I will not allow it to define me. I will continue with therapy and recovery. God Bless.
